Unfortunately we can't deal home-world goods yet, but the Varia will gladly direct him to someone who does, and supply him with whatever he needs that they can get their hands on, either at a special price or for free/ as payment for his work.

He'll also have access to whatever relevant contacts they make, and they'll be keeping an eye on his shop to prevent any unaffiliated thugs from bothering him.
